Pep Talk: You have something unique to contribute. Your talents and the power of your words can be extremely helpful in all sorts of situations. I bet you’ll find a clever way to apply your abilities today and you’ll make a real difference.
Today remind yourself: I have just the thing.
But I don’t hate school. I hate the convention of school. Namely, getting up at ass crack dawn.
Today I have eaten:
total cals: 1200 (approximately)
-100 (gym class)
-200 (40 minute walk)
total: 900 cals.
Maybe I’ll eat some more.
I will start the 4 hour Body diet.
basically, it’s low-carbs plus beans.
Except we don’t have beans since we got home at like 11 and couldn’t get to the grocery store, but maybe we can get beans tomorrow evening so I’ll just have them at dinner.
each day is a focus on something that will benefit your health.
hopefully after a few weeks of following this you will find yourself having the good habits everyday and not just on those days!
:D
And the second it left his mouth, I knew it to be true. “No one wants damaged goods.” And that’s the very thing I’m scared of most. I’m terrified because God, how many times have I fucked things up because of this? It’s so damn frustrating, and it was the worst with you, because you were so much…
No, this actually isn’t true. Consider this: every single person has issues, has made mistakes, etc. etc. Every. Single. Person. And for every person, those experiences shape who they are now. There is no such thing as a “damaged” person. There is only people, however they are. Just accept them as they are. If you accept them that way, they aren’t damaged; damaged is only a problem if you reject it. Don’t expect people to not be damaged.
Everyone comes with a background story. This does not mean they are incapable of giving or receiving love. A person is so much more than only their past or what has “damaged” them. THAT is what you want to concentrate on in a person, and THAT is what people will learn to love about you. All of the extra stuff is practically inconsequential.
